New faces in new places in local real estateStephanie Allen has joined the Home Source Realtors General Brokerage office in Peachtree City. A native of Florida, where she graduated from Palm Beach Community College with a degree in accounting, she brings an extensive financial background and is continuing an 80-year family tradition in real estate sales. She and her husband Jeff, an air traffic controller, and their two children are residents of Fayetteville where they are members of Harp's Crossing Baptist Church. She is a member of the Fayette County Board of Realtors. Mary Aytes is a new agent with the McDonough/Henry County office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty. Aytes, who completed her real estate pre-licensing classes at the Gaddy School of Real Estate, is a member of the Metro South, Georgia, and National Associations of Realtors. She has 15 years of customer service and sales experience and spent seven years in customer service supervision and management. A native of Omaha, Neb., she grew up in Flower Mound, Tex., a small town north of Dallas. She attended St. Marys University in San Antonio and three years following her graduation, she moved back to Dallas to work in sales and marketing for a Fortune 500 company. Later, she transferred to Boston for a year before moving to Atlanta in 1992. Aytes now lives in McDonough with her husband Casey and 10-year-old daughter Kelsey. She enjoys decorating, cooking, and the outdoors, as well as being with Kelsey when her daughter competes in horse shows with her Arabian horse, Sammy. She is a sponsor of United Way and a volunteer for Habitat for Humanity in Metro Atlanta. Joe Copeland has joined Prudential Georgia Realtys sales team and is based out of the Peachtree City office. An Atlanta native and graduate of Westwood High School, he has lived in Coweta County since 1994.He concentrates on residential real estate in Coweta and Fayette counties. Professionally, he is a member of the Fayette Board of Realtors, the Georgia Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. Prior to entering real estate, he had experience as a business owner. Kim Daniel has joined the Home Source Realtors General Brokerage office in Peachtree City. She comes from Re/Max Around Atlanta Results. She holds a degree with high honors in business administration from Lewis University in Illinois. A champion bowler, she enjoys working with her husband Victor, who is general contractor of VKDaniel Customs Homes, Inc., on their 1938 hot rod. They reside in Peachtree City. She is a member of the Fayette County and Henry County Boards of Realtors. Buddy Head has joined the Mark Williamson Team at Re/Max Advantage. His wife, Jan, has been a member of Team Williamson for quite some time. The two of the have 25 years experience in residential sales. Jan has been named Top Team Agent and is a member of the Million Dollar Club. She has achieved this recognition with Buddy's help servicing buyers and sellers. Buddy retired from Ford after 35 years, while also working in real estate sales and broadening his knowledge in appraisal and mortgage financing. Melissa Hill is now a sales associate with Century 21 Scarbrough Properties. She is a Tyrone resident and has been active in the community for some time. She is a graduate of the Gaddy Real Estate School in Peachtree City and is working the Fayette and Coweta community. Carlos A. Jimenez is a new sales associate with the Peachtree City/Fayette County office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty. Jimenez, who has also earned the State of Georgia Real Property Appraiser classification through the Gaddy School of Real Estate & Appraisal, is a resident of Fayetteville. He is married to Kim Hillery Jimenez, who is also a Coldwell Banker Bullard sales associate. He is a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Peachtree City, and he has been a volunteer for the Clayton County Commission Steering Committee for Planning/Zoning and the aquarium marketing effort in Atlanta. Mark Lindsay, who has been a top-selling agent in Coldwell Banker Bullard Realtys Newnan/Coweta County office, has moved to the companys Peachtree City/Fayette County office. Lindsay, who has been in real estate for three years, already had enough earnings and sales by the end of June to qualify for the Million Dollar Club. Last year, he missed Million Dollar Club membership by two sales. He is a Certified Negotiation Specialist and earned membership in Bullards Bronze Society for 2004. A Tyrone resident, Lindsay studied business management at Clayton State College & State University for two and one-half years. He and his wife Michelle have three children: Kala, 10, Noah, 6, and Katelyn, seven months. Robert Bo Stephens has joined Prudential Georgia Realtys sales team and is based out of the Peachtree City office. Originally from Ozark, Ala., he now resides in Peachtree City. He is a 1984 graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy. He concentrates on residential real estate in the Fayette County and surrounding region. Professionally, He is a member of the Fayette Board of Realtors, the Georgia Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. Michele Williamson has joined Assist 2 Sell Buyer & Seller Realty Center as a listing and marketing specialist. She has been a licensed real estate agent for three years. She originally received her pre-licensing training from Tunxis College in Connecticut. Michele is a member of the Newnan/Coweta Board of Realtors, Georgia Association of Realtors, and National Association of Realtors. She lives in SummerGrove with her husband Mark and daughter Christie.
