Bad Links? | Sales team named for The Parks of OlmsteadJudy Lewis and Sherry Crawford are the new on-site agents in The Parks of Olmstead, David Lindsey Homes single family residential community on Mary Freeman Road in Coweta County. Wendell Staley, new home sales manager of United Realty Group, which is handling sales in the community, said that Lewis and Crawford are both experienced in marketing new home communities in the Coweta and Fayette County area. Lewis, a Peachtree City resident, has been in real estate for 20 years, and she has sold new homes exclusively all but three years of that time. She joined United Realty Group in May. Starting her real estate career in 1985 with Aberdeen Builders, she later spent three years with Peachtree City Marketing Group, four years with Kenny Johnson Homes, and seven years with The Home Source Realtors. She is an Active Phoenix member of the Million Dollar Club in the Fayette and Newnan/Coweta County Boards of Realtors, has earned the Million Dollar Circle Award for the Sales and Marketing Council (SMC) of the Midwest Georgia Home Builders Association, and holds the GRI and CSP designations. She currently serves as SMC vice chairman. Lewis has a daughter and son-in-law, Emily and Kevin McElwaney, living in Newnan, and a son, Jay Lewis, who resides in Macon. Crawford, who is a resident of Tyrone, has been in real estate for six years. She first worked in general brokerage for three years, went to Arbor Springs Plantation as on-site agent for two years, returned to general brokerage for one year, and then affiliated with United Realty Group in May. A member of the Newnan/Coweta County Board of Realtors, she has achieved membership in the organizations Million Dollar Club. During 2004, when she was in general brokerage, she earned membership in the Coldwell Banker International Presidents Circle. Crawford is married to Logan Crawford. They have three children, Jennifer, Brandi, and Chelsea, and four grandchildren, Tanner, Haley, Kourtney, and Chandler. The Parks of Olstead is a 96-acre community bordering Lake Roquemore which was designed and is being developed to reflect the work of Frederick Law Olmstead, perhaps the most renowned of Americas landscape architects, whose projects include Central Park in New York City and gardens at the Biltmore Estate in Asheville, N.C.
