New faces in new places in local real estateLisa Champlin has joined the Newnan/Coweta County office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty as a sales associate. A graduate of the Gaddy School of Real Estate, she is a Newnan resident and is engaged to Len Lummus. A graduate of the University of New Mexico, she was a foreign exchange student in Holland during high school and has maintained fluency in using the Dutch language. She enjoys traveling, camping, going to Braves games, attending hot air balloon festivals and being part of the hot air balloon chase crew. Sandy Comfort is a new agent with the Newnan/Coweta County office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty. Comfort, who has a Florida real estate license, earned a B.S. degree in criminology from Florida International University in Miami and pursued a masters degree in human services at Nova University in Miami. She received her real estate training, including pre-license, post-license and continuing education at Gold Coast Real Estate School in Miami. Comfort is a retired Miami-Dade police officer, having served 25 years with that department and two years with Miami Beach Police Department previously. She is a longtime fan of the University of Miami Hurricanes. Now a Sharpsburg resident, she is a member of Community Christian Church, where she is active in the Church Communiy Outreach Program. She also volunteers at the Coweta Pregnancy Center and Community Welcome House, and she is a foster mother for Bethany Christian Services. She has five grown children Mark McElroy and Jacqui Decker of Newnan, Rick McElroy of Senoia, and Bob McElroy and Shari Happl of Palm Beach, Fla. and 14 grandchildren. Sondee Page has joined Prudential Georgia Realtys sales team and is based out of the Peachtree City office at 246 City Circle in The Avenue Shopping Plaza. Originally from Pelham, Ala., she now resides in Fayetteville. An experienced Realtor, she specializes in residential real estate and first-time home buyers in Fayette and Coweta counties. Professionally, she is a member of the Fayette Board of Realtors, the Georgia Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. To better assist her clients, she has already earned Prudentials eCertified Realtor designation, signifying she is proficient at using the latest computer and Internet technology.
