FCHS senior wins NPC national bodybuilding title

Fayette County High School senior Adam Kase, 16, took first place in the bantamweight class to win the National Physique Committee (NPC) Bodybuilding Teen Nationals held in Pittsburgh, Penn. on July 23.

Kase, already a holder of four regional titles, was the unanimous decision of the judges. He is the son of Terry Kase of Peachtree City and Elizabeth Kase of Fayetteville.

Victoria Larvie, 13, of Riverdale, also won a unanimous decision to win the NPC Teen Fitness National Championship. A level 10 gymnast, Victoria is the winner of the 2004 Debbie Kruck Classic and was making her second nationals appearance. Victoria is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Skip Larvie. David and Lucy Thrasher of Fayetteville train Adam and Victoria.
