Hospital offers free workshop

Piedmont Fayette Hospital, in partnership with Georgia Health Decisions, is hosting an informative a comprehensive wworkshop for you and your family to learn about advanced directives and other legal documents concerning end-of-life healthcare decisions. The seminar is free and open to the public.

Participants will be provided with the tools essential for planning ahead - the Critical Conditions Planning Guide and the Directive for Final Health Care form. During the workshop, attendees will learn how to complete a Directive for Final Health Care form, which combines a living will and a durable power of attorney for healthcare. The best way to ensure that your wishes are fulfilled is to let your family know now.
