Annual Villages tour attracts over 300The annual Spring Festival Tour of Homes, held recently at The Villages of LaFayette Park drew over 300 visitors to the award-winning multi-use community located in downtown Fayetteville. While there, the participants in the tour were able to tour not only the inventory homes available in the community, but also the newly-opened swimming pool, pavilion and playground. The event, which also featured food, special activities, and numerous door prizes, proved to be a marketing success, as two homes were placed under contract during the weekend, and agents are currently working on three more sales initiated during the festivities.
