New faces in new places in local real estate DeeDee Altman has joined the General Brokerage office of The Home Source Realtors. A licensed Realtor since 1986, Altman is a native of South Carolina and a 24-year Fayette resident. She specializes in residential real estate in Fayetteville, Peachtree City, Fayette and Coweta counties. Altman is a retiree from Delta Air Lines, and is a member of the Delta Pioneers. She and her husband Bill reside in Fayetteville, where they attend Gracepointe Church. She is a member of the Fayette County Board of Realtors. Robert L. Brooks is a new sales associate with the Peachtree City/Fayette County office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty. Brooks, who came to Bullard from Keller Williams, has been in real estate for two and one-half years. He has a B. S. degree in graphics and business from Florida State University, and his background includes auto sales training with MAADA Academy. Residents of the Riverdale area of Clayton County, Brooks and his wife Vanessa are members of Salem Baptist Church of Atlanta. Corey Capers has joined Re/Max Advantage. She is new to the office, but not a rookie to the business, as she had been working as a real estate agent for about 10 years. She is experienced in working with both buyers and sellers. Angela Chiasson has joined the General Brokerage office of The Home Source Realtors. Chiasson is a Louisiana native where she attended Nicholls State University. She also is a former student at Middle Tennessee State University and has lived in Saudi Arabia, Scotland and Singapore. She has experience as an interior decorator. She and her husband John and two daughters reside in Fayetteville. She is a member of the Fayette County Board of Realtors. Rodney Denney has joined the Jackson/Butts County office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty as a sales associate. Denney, who is a graduate of the MLS School, has been with Delta Air Lines since 1998, serving first in customer service and more recently as an aircraft mechanic, receiving multible awards in aircraft schools and in maintenance. Prior to joining Delta, he was an outside salesperson for Genuine Parts Company for seven years. He has also been in the U. S. Marine Corps since 1985, being involved in Toys for Tots since 1992 and receiving Marine Corps awards for outstanding service. A graduate of Hapeville High School, Denney now lives in Spalding County. He is a member of the Church of Christ in Hapeville, serving in a mentor program with the youth of the church. Dekia Deshazior has joined Metro Brokers/GMAC Real Estate and will work out of the Peachtree City office. Ray Frizzell is a new agent with the McDonough/Henry County office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty. A Henry County resident, Frizzell is a member of First Christian Church in Morrow and does New Testament church work in Georgia. Naimah Gill has joined Metro Brokers/GMAC Real Estate and will work out of the Peachtree City office. Debbie Groce is a new sales associate with the McDonough/Henry County office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty. She is a resident of Henry County and member of Eagles Landing Baptist Church. Stephen (Brian) Groce is a new sales associate with the McDonough/Henry County office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty. He is a resident of Henry County and member of Eagles Landing Baptist Church. Shirley Harris has joined Metro Brokers/GMAC Real Estate and will work out of the Peachtree City office. Diane Henebry has joined Metro Brokers/GMAC Real Estate and will work out of the Peachtree City office. Tracey Hightower has joined Re/Max Advantage as the newest addition to The Leslie Edwards Team. She is a buyers specialist. She enjoys her career, spending time with her family, and life itself. Mike Jones has joined Realmerica Realty. He is a 21-year resident of Fayette County and spend 30 years in the airline industry. A member of the Fayette County Board of Realtors, he specializes in residential real estate and first-time buyers. He is a member of Harps Crossing Baptist church where he has served in various ministries, and now teaches adult Sunday school. He enjoys serving people, spending time with family, and riding motorcycles. Staci Lassig has joined the General Brokerage office of The Home Source Realtors. Lassig has been a licensed Realtor since 2003. She is a 10-year resident of the Atlanta area and a Georgia native. She is graduate of Columbus State University and has experience as a registered nurse. Her interests include water sports, gardening, reading and tennis. She and her husband Michael and two daughters are residents of Peachtree City. She is a member of the Fayette County Board of Realtors. Brytni Lee is a new sales associate with the McDonough/Henry County office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty. She is a resident of Henry County and member of Eagles Landing Baptist Church. Tammy Porch has joined Coldwell Banker American Land Mart in Conyers. Currently marketing two Newton County communities, Caseys Crossing and Ivey Brook, she is a resident of Rockdale County. She has 12 years of real experience and is a member of the Rockdale Board of Realtors and the East Metro Board of Realtors. She also has earned membership in the Multi Million Dollar Club. Ron Primrose has joined Prudential Georgia Realty's sales team and is based out of the Peachtree City office. A Georgia native from Augusta, he now resides in Peachtree City and concentrates on residential real estate in the Fayette and Coweta County areas. He is a member of the Fayette Board of Realtors, the Georgia Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. He is a Vietnam War veteran and spent many years in the Air Force, where he retired as a lieutenant colonel and subsequently worked as a captain with United Airlines. Susan Primrose has joined Prudential Georgia Realty's sales team and is based out of the Peachtree City office. Originally from Texas, she now resides in Peachtree City and concentrates on residential real estate in the Fayette and Coweta County areas. She is a member of the Fayette Board of Realtors, the Georgia Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. She is fluent in Italian, German and French and spent several years working with Delta Air Lines. She enjoys giving back to the community by volunteering with the Red Cross, the Peachtree City United Methodist Church, and the 1996 Summer Olympics. LaPrell Sprayberry has joined the General Brokerage office of The Home Source Realtors. Sprayberry, who formerly resided in LaGrange, has business experience gained in customer service, hotel management, and marketing. She specializes in residential real estate in Fayetteville, Peachtree City, Fayette and Coweta counties. She is a member of the Fayette County Board of Realtors. Tammi Sullenberger has joined Realmerica Realty. A 20-year resident of Fayette County, she holds a bachelors degree in interior design. She has worked in the interior design field for the past 16 years. A wife and mother of three elementary school aged children, she enjoys decorating, shopping with her daughter, Olivia, and being at the ball field with her sons, Tyler and Hunter. A native of New York City, she is a graduate of Hunter College with a degree in accounting, and also holds a masters degree in management from Pace University. She has extensive business experience in financial management. Her interests include traveling, nutrition, gourmet cooking, and volunteering with the United Way. She and her husband are six-year residents of Fayetteville. She is a member of the Fayette County Board of Realtors.
