Family and Friends Day planned

New Beginnings Praise & Worship Center will have its Family and Friends Day service Sunday, July 24, at 10:30 a.m. Also, children ages 3 to 12 are invited to experience Jubilee Church, a children’s church service featuring puppetry arts. Give blood, win gas

Donors giving blood at this Sunday’s Red Cross blood drive at Fayetteville First United Methodist Church will have chance to win a $1,500 Citgo gas card. The drive is scheduled for July 10, from 8 a.m. until 1 p.m. in the church gym. Appointments may be made through the church. Donors will be required to show a positive ID. Massey to speak at CTK

Father Paul Massey, a priest in the International Communion of the Charismatic Episcopal Church and currently the pastor of The Church of the Holy Cross in Fayetteville, will be the guest preacher at Christ the King Charismatic Episcopal Church’s 8 a.m. service Sunday, July 31. Christ the King is on Ga. Hwy. 34 between Peachtree City and Newnan.
