Bad Links? | DAR honors BowleyBy Carolyn Cary The Fayette-Starrs Mill chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution honored Mary Frances Bowley recently for her outstanding voluntary services. Bowley is the executive director of Wellspring of Living Water in Peachtree City and received the DAR Community Service Award. Wellspring is a faith-based organization that provides an extensive outreach and intensive residential program to help women whose lives have been devastated by drug addictions, alcohol dependence, and working in the commercial sex industry. Bowling and the organization have been featured in the World Magazine for its contributions to the community. Wellspring is located in the Peachtree East Publix Shopping Center.
