Crystal Lake notes pre-sales, names buildersThe first eight pre-sales have already been recorded in Crystal Lake Golf & Country Club, a 400-home luxury community in the Hampton area of Henry County. Located on North Mt. Carmel Rd., which runs off Jonesboro Road just west of Exit 221 I-75, the gated community will have homes priced from $329,900 to $1.4 million. An impressive amenities package includes an 80-acre residential lake and an 18-hole golf course. Developed by Lake Erma LLC, Crystal Lake Golf & Country Club is an 850-acre development offering both a country club lifestyle and convenient access to the modern shopping, health and entertainment facilities in the bustling Henry County area. Sharon Patterson, the broker for Crystal Lake Realty LLC, which is handling sales in the community, said the developments premier custom builder team is composed of Black Hawk Builders, Collins Communities Inc., Hunter Homes & Properties Inc., Loran Conner Inc., Next Generation, Oxford Custom Homes LLC, and RHB Inc. Home purchasers have the option of using a builder team members design or providing their own plan. Four furnished model homes are currently under construction and will be completed by this fall. The sales center is expected to open in June. In the meantime, prospective homebuyers can arrange a meeting at the site with a sales associate by calling 678-300-3698. The sales team is composed by Matt Shumann, Pamela Payne, Susan Burnore, and Sherry Driver. The available homesites include a large selection with dramatic views of the golf course, lake and wooded areas. The community has an architectural review board, as well as covenants and restrictions. The 18-hole semi-private golf course, which was designed by Denis Griffith, is expected to open in October. There will also be a fun feature, not part of the golf course, known as the 20th hole, which is a green in the lake. Other amenities will include an eight-acre complex with swimming pool, tennis courts, playground and sports complex. Annual homeowners dues of $975 cover such things as security, the amenities complex, and maintenance of common areas.
