Mowell chapel, with interment at Camp Memorial Park. Survivors include his wife, Diane Banks Hambrick, Southaven; children, Christie and Don Mappin, Newnan, John and Cheryl Hambrick Jr., Moscow, Tenn., and Carrie and Alan Kolisnyk, Southaven; grandchildren; Maggie Mappin, Tyler Mappin, and Kaylee Mappin, all of Newnan, Adam Hambrick, and Meghan Hambrick, both of Fayetteville, Brett Hambrick, and Dalton McCain, both of Moscow, Tenn., and Conner Kolisnyk, Southhaven; parents, James and Ann Hambrick, Sharpsburg; a brother, Jimmy and Cindy Hambrick, Fayetteville; a sister, Alicia and Rickey Benefield, Sharpsburg, and father-in-law and mother-in-law, Edgar and Helen Banks, Fayetteville. Carl J. Mowell & Son Funeral Home, Fayetteville, was in charge. Rebecca Sue BrooksRebecca Sue Becky Brooks, 45, Newnan, died May 24, 2005. She was born July 31, 1959 in Newnan. She was preceded in death by her father, Walter Earl Brooks. Services were at the McKoon chapel with Pastor Danny Wilson officiating. Interment was at Myrtle Hill Cemetery, Hogansville. Survivors include her mother, Nettie Ables Brooks; a brother, Tom and Teresa Wright; and sisters, Nancy and Frankie Williamson, and Evelyn and Steve Hines. Memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society. McKoon Funeral Home, Newnan, was in charge. Fred M. MartinFred M. Martin, 56, Fayetteville, died May 28, 2005. He was born Oct. 12, 1948 in Newnan, son of the late Carl and Delta Faith Wallis Martin. He was in the United States Army in the Vietnam conflict. He was a staff accountant with Georgia Power, and received a 30-year service award. He was a member of First Baptist Church. Services were at the McKoon chapel with the Rev. Joe Strickland officiating. Interment was at Oak Hill Cemetery, Newnan. Survivors include his wife, Judy Moore Martin; sons, Christopher Michael Martin, Newnan, and Bryan Carl and Stephannie Martin, Buford; and grandchildren, Kayla Nicole Martin, Victoria Grace Martin, and Stephannie Lynn Martin.
