Schedule announced for CECs convocation at Christ the KingA tentative schedule for the 2005 Convocation of the Georgia Diocese of the Charismatic Episcopal Church which starts tonight, has been announced. The annual event for both clergy and laity will be held in Sharpsburg at Christ the King Charismatic Episcopal Church. The schedule includes: Wednesday, June 1, 7 p.m. Eucharistic Service with Bishop John Holloway preaching, celebrating and ministering; worship led by the Praise and Worship Ministry of Christ the Redeemer, Canton. Thursday, June 2, 7:45-8:15 a.m., morning prayer; 8:30-9:15 a.m., first session led by Canon David Monroe, Church of the Holy Trinity, Marietta; 9:30-10:15 a.m., second session led by Canon Robert Wills, St. Lukes, Manchester; 10:30-11:15 a.m., third session led by Fr. Randall Allen, St. Andrews, Covington; 11:30 a.m. -12:15 p.m., fourth session led by Fr. Kurt Wheeler, Christ the Redeemer, Canton. Sessions will suspend until Thursday evening, continuing at 7 p.m. with a Praise and Worship service led by Holloway. Fr. David Epps, pastor of Christ the King, says the evening will be a night of prophetic and healing ministry. Worship will be led by the 8 a.m. Worship Ministry of Christ the King. Friday, June 3, 7:45-8:15 a.m., morning prayer; 8:25-9:15 a.m., first session led by Fr. Ray Greiner, Prince of Peace, Peachtree City; 9:25-10:10 a.m., second session led by Canon David Epps, Christ the King, Sharpsburg; 10:15 a.m. through lunch, womens gathering. Sessions will suspend until Friday evening, continuing at 7 p.m. with a Eucharistic Service led by Holloway. Worship will be led by the combined Praise and Worship Ministry teams of Christ the King and will use a musical theme, The Bishops Mass. Saturday, June 4, members of the ordained clergy only are invited to attend a session from 8-9 a.m. with Holloway. All sessions will be held at Christ the King church on Ga.
