New faces in new places in local real estateDee Dee Altman has joined Century 21 Scarbrough Properties after retiring from Delta Airlines as a flight attendant. She is a Fayette County resident and an active sales associate in the residential market. Geoff Berry has joined Century 21 Scarbrough Properties. He is also involved in the real estate investment properties market. He is Yankee transplant from Indiana. He currently lives in Newnan and plans to sell in that area. August (Auggie) Boehm is a new sales associate with the Peachtree City/Fayette County office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty. Boehm, who is a native of New Jersey, moved to Peachtree City last October from York, Penn. Prior to that, he and his wife had lived in Buffalo Grove, Ill., for a number of years. Boehms wife Susan currently works as a regional sales manager for a dental company. They have one grown daughter, Lisa, who lives in Illinois. A veteran of four years in the U. S. Navy, Boehm spent the next 30 years working in the pharmaceutic business with his last position in that industry as warehouse/distribution manager for Pfizer R&D in the Chicago region. Patti Bohannon has joined Keller Williams Realty. Formerly in the dental hygiene field, she lives in Sharpsburg with her husband, Steve, and has two children, Crystal and Amber. She is a member of the choir and praise team at First Baptist of Peachtree City. Barbara Burch has joined Century 21 Scarbrough Properties. A resident of Riverdale, she is specializing in residential sales in the area and has an accounting background. Mary Collum, an associate broker in Henry County, recently joined Bob Adams Realty as lead sales for The Glen and The Enclave at Heron Bay in Locust Grove. She received her real estate license in 1984 and her brokers license in 1987. She is an Active Life Member of the Million Dollar Club, member of the Metro South Association of Realtors Million Dollar Club for 11 consecutive years, recipient of the Zenith Award in 2003, and named by Communities Magazine to Communities 100 listing of Atlantas top residential real estate agents. She received her ABR designation by the Real Estate Buyers Agent Council, Inc. of the NAR in March 2005. With 10 years experience in new home sales, this resident of McDonough and her husband, Miller Collum, who is also a licensed agent, have 2 children and 3 grandchildren and are members of the First Christian Church of Stockbridge. Carol Cowan has joined Prudential Georgia Realtys Cherokee office on Riverstone Parkway in Canton. A native Atlantan now residing in Jasper, she is a local graduate of Newnan High School. She concentrates on residential real estate in the Cherokee and Pickens County areas. Professionally, she is a member of the Pickens County Board of Realtors, the Georgia Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. Prior to entering real estate, she worked as a marketing director for a large architectural firm and a utilities company When not assisting clients with their real estate needs, she volunteers with the Young Life of Pickens County, where she serves on the Young Life Committee. She has also been involved in past years with Cub Scouts. SuAnne Evans has joined The Home Source Realtors General Brokerage office in Peachtree City as a full-time real estate professional. An Atlanta native, she is an 18-year resident of Coweta and Fayette counties. She has been a licensed Realtor for 10 years, and specializes in residential real estate in Fayetteville, Peachtree City, and Fayette and Coweta counties. She is a graduate of the University of Georgia with a degree in journalism. Her family includes husband Craig, a State Farm insurance agent, son Scott and daughter Shelly. They are members of Braelinn Baptist Church. Carol Farmer has joined Keller Williams Realty. She is a member of the Million Dollar Club and the Newnan-Coweta Board of Realtors. She spent 25 years with Delta as a flight attendant. She and her husband Hugh have three children, and she has worked a director for Camp Sunshine, a camp for children with cancer. Sharon Girolami is now among the full-time real estate professionals at The Home Source Realtors General Brokerage office in Peachtree City, where she specializes in residential real estate in Peachtree City, Fayetteville, and Fayette and Coweta counties. A native of Buffalo, N.Y., she earned a degree in business/marketing from the State University of New York at Brockport, and a master's degree in business administration from Niagara University. She is a 10-year resident of Fayette County. Her family includes husband George, a physical therapist, sons Jason and Philip, and daughter Kimberly. She is a volunteer at Peeples Elementary and with the Fayette County youth baseball program. Gray Harwell of Fayetteville has joined Keller Williams Realty after 30 years in the ministry. A graduate of the University of Wisconsin, and the Gaddy School of Real Estate, Harwell splits his time between his real estate clients, and ministering to ministers. Paul Hollingsworth has joined Century 21 Scarbrough Properties after transferring from a different Century 21 franchise. Paul recently retired from Ford Motor Company after a 23-year career there. He is a native to the area. Ivey Hughes has joined Parks & Mottola in Newnan. He completed his pre-license education at the Barney Fletcher Real Estate School in Sandy Springs. He joined Parks & Mottola shortly after earning his Georgia Real Estate license earlier this year. He is a fixture in downtown Newnan where you can find him serving up your favorite dish as the night chef at the famed Redneck Gourmet restaurant. Originally from Valdosta, he has called Coweta County home for more than five years. He currently lives and works on the equestrian Burns Farm in Newnan. He is a member of the Newnan-Coweta Board of Realtors. Michelle Johnson is now a full-time real estate professional with the The Home Source Realtors General Brokerage office in Peachtree City. A Fulton County native who has resided in Fayette since 1989, she specializes in new and resale residential properties in Peachtree City, Fayetteville, and Fayette, Coweta, and Fulton counties. She and her husband Chuck and two children are residents of Fayetteville. They are members at Peachtree City United Methodist Church. Jacquelynn Katuschenko has joined Keller Williams Realty. She has been a resident of Peachtree City for the past six years and a member of the real estate world as a certified agent for the past two. A native of Virginia, Katuschenko relocated to Georgia with her husband, Walter, a retired engineer for Lockhead Martin, and made Georgia home with their four children. Katuschenko is a volunteer at the family History Center in Newnan and a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. A member of the Million Dollar Club in 2002 and 2003, F. Keistine King has made the move to Keller Williams Realty Professionals. King chose real estate as her career choice after graduating from Virginia Commonwealth University and University of Richmond. A longstanding agent working in the industry since 1978, King is a member of the Fayette Board of Realtors and settled in Peachtree City five years ago with her husband Bill and children Allison, a sixth-grader at J.C. Booth Middle School, and Mark, an assistant golf pro at SummerGrove. King is a member of the North Campus of New Hope Baptist Church. Judie Leveritt has joined Keller Williams Realty in Newnan. The current state director for the Newnan/Coweta Board of Realtors and 2003 past president, Leveritt serves her community by running a nonprofit organization for cancer victims and serving at her church home. Terry Marlowe has joined Prudential Georgia Realty's sales team and is based out of the Peachtree City office. Originally from Birmingham, Alabama, she now resides with her family in Fayette County. She specializes in residential real estate in the Fayette County and surrounding region. Professionally, she is a member of the Fayette Board of Realtors, the Georgia Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. Laura Nguyen has joined Century 21 Scarbrough Properties. A Peachtree City resident, she will be working the Peachtree City area but also the Vietnamese community as that is her secondary language. She has lived in the area for nine years. Will Rippeto returns to the real estate business as an associate at Century 21 Scarbrough. A resident of Newnan, he worked the Peachtree City community previously and is currently involved in Special Olympics for Heard County and is an active Shriner and Moose Lodge member. Jennifer Saunders has joined Coldwell Banker Bullard Realtys McDonough/Henry County office as a sales associate. She completed pre-licensing classes at the MLS Institute. A Henry County resident, she is married to Scottie Saunders and has three children, Katelyn, 7, Jacob, 5, and Kaila, 4. A member of Cornerstone Baptist Church, she is actively involved with AWANA, other childrens ministries and the prayer chain at the church. Chalsie Shanks is a new agent with the Newnan/Coweta County office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty. Shanks, who received her real estate training through the Gaddy School of Real Estate in Peachtree City, is a resident of Coweta County. She has three children, Kelsie, 4, and twin sons Nichols and Micah, 21 months. She is a member of Oak Grove Baptist Church. Faizal Supariwala has joined Century 21 Scarbrough Properties. He has five years experience in the real estate industry. He is very active in investment properties in the metro Atlanta and middle Georgia areas as well as residential sales. He also speaks Hindi. Heather K. VanEgmond has joined Keller Williams Realty. A resident of Sharpsburg for the past 31 years, and graduate of East Cowetta High School, she made the move to real estate after nine years working in financing with Bank of America. Angela White-Davis is a new sales associate with the Conyers/Rockdale County office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty. White-Davis, who is a graduate of the Georgia MLS Real Estate Institute, has a bachelor of arts degree in business management and a minor in marketing from Jacksonville State University. She later expanded her education by completing requirements for an associates degree as a computer specialist at DeKalb College. During her business career, she has managed Lerner of New York, Payless Shoes, Casual Corner, and Catos and worked for Richs and Macys Department Stores. She has done technical software support for InaCom Industries and Hewlett Packard and is a customer support representative for Xerox and Georgia Pacific. White-Davis resides in the Newton County area, and she is married to Willie G. Davis. She is an active member of The Sanctuary of Christian Fellowship in Covington, and she participates in the annual Fuzz Run for the Covington Police Department and many other community activities. She is an executive board member of the Newton County Voters League Inc. and also supports the voter registration office as a poll worker. A flutist in the Newton County Community Band, she also enjoys playing tennis, singing and taking leisurely walks. Laura Woodie has joined the McDonough/Henry County office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty as a sales associate. Woodie, who received her real estate training through the Georgia MLS Institute, attended Gordon College following graduation from high school. She has seven years of experience in the banking industry. Born and raised in Henry County, she now lives in Locust Grove with her husband Chad and daughter Madison, 5. She is a member of Bethany Baptist Church and is involved in Upward Basketball with her daughter. Jamie Yearwood joins Parks & Mottola following a career as a legal secretary and as a case administrator for the U.S. Bankruptcy Federal Court. She also attended nursing school at Gordon College. She completed her pre-license education at the Gaddy School in Peachtree City and earned her real estate license shortly thereafter. She is the daughter of a third-generation homebuilder, a background that serves her well in real estate. Her father is Mark Camp, a long-time custom home builder in Lake Redwine Plantation in North Coweta County. Shee is a former show jumper who boarded horses on her farm. Equestrian activities remain an interest, but motherhood has taken priority. She and her husband Kevin live in Newnan with their three children: Ansley, Emily, and Mary Grace. A Newnan native, She has experience in new home construction and rental/investment properties. She has rehabilitated numerous foreclosure properties as well.
