Final phase opens at Eagles LandingThe Eagles Landing Sales Center has announced the opening of the final phase of the Eagles Landing Country Club community, a section of 72 interior, golf and estate homesites. In addition, a third gated entrance for the community is being added to provide easy assess to nearby Interstate 75. Sharon Patterson, broker for the Eagles Landing Sales Center, noted that Eagles Landing Country Club community has six preferred builders, covenants and restrictions and an architectural review board. All of this helps ensure that our homeowners receive a quality product, she said. Currently under construction is the Portifino II, a model home by Brad Lundstrom of Lundstrom Homes. The model home, located on the seventh fairway, includes three levels and a pool, and the plan can be built on another of the remaining homesites for approximately $1,480,000. Prospective home purchasers are invited to set an appointment to view the Portifino II and other current inventory homes priced from $425,000 to $2.1 million by calling the sales center at 770-389-9800. Patterson said that reservations are being taken on the 72 remaining homesites and that 33 names are already on the list. Construction of homes on these lots can begin as early as July. Eagles Landing is located at the intersection of I-75 and Eagles Landing Parkway (Exit 224) in Stockbridge. One of the largest and most successful private country club developments in the Metro Atlanta area, Eagles Landing brings a distinctive blend of championship golf, master planned amenities, elegant homes, and supporting commercial, industrial and professional facilities to a location just one minute off an interstate highway. The 3,000-acre Killearn development has a variety of home sizes and styles in five distinct neighborhoods.
