Ida Mae McCannon Burt

Ida Mae McCannon Burt, 92, died Feb. 19, 2005. She was born Dec. 18, 1912 in Oglethorpe County, the eighth of ten children born to Arthur and Addie Mae McCannon. Services were at Eternal Hills chapel with the Rev. Dr. James Lee officiating. Interment was at Eternal Hills Memory Gardens, Snellville. Survivors include sons, Robert Burt, Atlanta, and Steven Burt, Grayson; daughters, Shirley Frady, Fayetteville, Joyce Roberts, Loganville, and Karen Schwartz, Gainesville, Fla.; 10 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren. Eternal Hills Funeral Home, Snellville, was in charge.

Virginia M. Foley

Virginia M. Foley, 79, Peachtree City, formerly of New Port Richey, Fla., died March 4, 2005. She was born Aug. 17, 1925 in Wall, Penn. She was a member of St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church of New Port Richey. Services were at Holy Trinity Catholic Church with the Rev. Father Diosmar Natad officiating. Interment was at Flushing, New York. Survivors include daughters, Jeanne Foley, Hanover, Conn., Linda and Jerry Korinsky, Aylett, Va., and Karen and Tim Gifford, Peachtree City; five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and a sister, Mildred Karman, Trafford, Pa. Harold Seaborn Chafin

Harold Seaborn Chafin, 76, Fayetteville, died March 4, 2005. He was born Dec. 24, 1928 in Fulton County. He was a 50-year member of the Fayetteville Masonic Lodge #711. Masonic graveside services were at Westview Cemetery, Atlanta. Survivors include daughters, Vicky and George Fenton, Fredricksburg, Va., and Amy and Kenny Wilkerson, McDonough; six grandchildren; a brother, Leonard and Barbara Chafin, Columbus; and former wife, Betty Gecoma, McDonough. Phyllis Huff

Phyllis Huff, 55, Fayetteville, died March 6, 2005. She was born Dec. 16, 1949 in Oglethorpe County, Ga. She was retired after 31 years of service from the Clayton County School System as a school teacher for the gifted program. Services were at the Fayetteville First United Methodist Church with the Rev. Tom Pilgrim officiating. Survivors include her husband, Malcolm Huff, Fayetteville; sons, Eric Huff, Atlanta, and Andrew Huff, Fayetteville; mother, Allene Todd, Lexington; and a sister, Charlene and Ed Barnes, Lexington. Elinor Mary Mueller Zeller

Elinor Mary Mueller Zeller, 90, Fayetteville, died March 8, 2005. She was born May 24, 1914 in Cleveland, Ohio. Services were at St. Philip Benizi Catholic Church, Jonesboro, with the Rev. Father Gregory Hartmayer officiating. Interment was at Camp Memorial Park, Fayetteville. Survivors include daughters, Laurell and Kenneth Ondrejka, Mesa, Ariz., Ronilee and Russell Pflug, Berea, Ohio, and Claire and Jerry Frisby, Fayetteville; six grandsons; three granddaughters; six great-grandsons; and three great-granddaughters. Wilson Aubrey Morris

Wilson Aubrey Morris, 37, died March 9, 2005. He was born March 29, 1967 in Fulton County. Graveside services were at Westminster Memorial Gardens, Peachtree City, where he was buried with his Mother, Doris Virginia Kierbow Morris. Survivors include a sister, Virginia and Billy Sanders; a nephew, Billy Sanders III, Fayetteville; and a niece, Michelle McMilan, Fayetteville. Carl J. Anthony Roy Drew

Anthony Roy “Tony” Drew, 40, Fayetteville, died March 10, 2005. He was born March 13, 1964 in Fulton County. He had served in the United States Navy for 18 years. He loved sports, where he umpired baseball, and fishing. Graveside services were at Ft. Mitchell National Cemetery, Ft. Mitchell, Ala. The Rev. Glenn Stringham officiated. Survivors include sons, Michael and Amy Wells, Acworth, Joseph Wells, Newnan, and Brian Drew and Alex Drew, both of Fayetteville; a brother, Danny Baisden, Senoia; a sister, Genia Johnson, Douglasville; a grandmother, Lillie Mae Bishop, Senoia; and a granddaughter, Faith Amelia Wells. Annie Johnson

Annie Johnson, 83, Peachtree City, died March 11, 2005. She was born July 12, 1921 in Jackson County, Fla. Services were at the Parrott Funeral Home chapel with interment at Camp Memorial Park, Fayetteville. Survivors include her husband, Carl W. Johnson, Peachtree City; sons, Cliff and Lola Johnson, Loveland, Colo., and Clark and Alison Johnson, Scottsdale, Ariz.; daughters, Christine and Charles Goedtke, Peachtree City, and Cindy and Gary Parris, Chester, Va.; brothers, Wendell Nolan, Dunedin, Fla., Cliff and Jean Nolan, Clemson, S.
