Bad Links? | Teams hope to get games in this weekendBy MICHAEL BOYLAN A number of baseball games scheduled for earlier this week were postponed due to rain and poor field conditions. The weather this weekend should be good enough for the scheduled games to be played. McIntosh is scheduled to play at Riverdale today at 5:30 p.m., while Starrs Mill will play at Sandy Creek. The Panthers will also have a double header tomorrow at Parkview. They will take on Parkview at 1 p.m. and Lee County at 4 p.m. On Monday, Starrs Mill will play at Walton at 5:45 p.m. Fayette County will play a doubleheader today on the road, facing West Nassau and Douglas. They will play at Jonesboro on Tuesday at 5:30 p.m. Landmark Christian will also be on the road this weekend with games at Ridgeland today at 5;30 p.m. and a game at Gordon Lee tomorrow at 4 p.m. They will host Bowdon on Tuesday at 4:30 p.m. Our Lady of Mercy will play at Eagles Landing Christian Academy at 5 p.m. on Tuesday. |
