The inspiration for Farrer Woods was derived from the Craftsman architectural style that began in America in the early 1900s. With Farrer Woods pays tribute to the craftsman style by incorporating many of the craftsman design elements in our plans while providing a design that meets the needs of today’s lifestyles. Farrer Woods is located on North Jeff Davis Drive, in the historically preserved area of Fayetteville. To set apart the unique theme of Farrer Woods, Jeff Betsill Homes, Inc. and J&J Quality Homes, Inc. together with Jan Trammell Real Estate, Inc., have had each plan designed just for Farrer Woods, and have chosen names of prominent families in Fayetteville’s storied past for our plans.
