Paul and Mandy Allen of Fayetteville announce the birth of their daughter, Rachel Mechelle Allen, at 9:55 a.m. on Feb. 18, 2005, at Henry Medical Center in Stockbridge. Rachel weighed 7 lbs., 4 oz. and was 20 inches long. Grandparents are Kay Croxton of Fayetteville, David Croxton of McDonough, and Margaret and Phillip Allen of Atlanta. Great-grandmother is Mamie McLean of Fayetteville. Rachel was welcomed home by her brother, Jaden, age 21/2 .

Phillips

Billy and Michelle Phillips of Douglasville announce the birth of their son, Jacob Ryan Phillips, on Nov. 16, 2004. Jacob weighed 8 lbs., 3 oz., and was 20 inches long. Maternal grandparents are Larry Mindler of Morrow and Melody Mindler of Fayetteville. Maternal great-grandparents are John O. Wallace Sr. of Fayetteville and Elowene Boyd of Fayette, Ala. Paternal grandparents are Tom and Sarita Phillips of Anchorage, Alaska, and Phil and Robbie Brown of Chattanooga, Tenn. Paternal great-grandmother is Jois Adams of Chattanooga. Jacob was welcomed home by his brothers, Ethan Thomas, age 4, and Peyton Mitchell, age 2.
