Bullard again in ‘Book of Lists’

Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty has one again been included in the Atlanta Business Chronicle’s “Book of Lists”, which was distributed Dec. 24, 2004.

In the publication, Coldwell Banker Bullard was listed at No. 18 among “Atlanta’s Top 25 Residential Real Estate Companies.” The rating was based on 2003 gross residential sales volume in the Atlanta area.

The oldest and largest real estate company headquartered in the Metro South area of Atlanta, Coldwell Banker Bullard has its headquarters in Jonesboro. The company now has other offices in Griffin, McDonough, Jackson, Peachtree City, Newnan, and Conyers and the separate but affiliated Coldwell Banker American Land Mart in Conyers.

The Bullard organization, founded in 1956 by the late Cliff Bullard, worked out a franchise agreement with Coldwell Banker Real Estate Corporation a few years ago. Current President and owner Steve Bullard has been with the company for more than 30 years.
