DeWeese earns ABR designationJessica DeWeese, a sales associate with Prudential Georgia Realty, has been awarded the Accredited Buyer Representation designation by the Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council, Inc., of the National Association of Realtors. A resident of the Coweta/Fayette area for the last 11 years, Jessica is based out of the Prudential Georgia Realty Peachtree City in The Avenue Shopping Plaza at the corner of Ga. highways 54 and 74. She is a graduate of the State University of West Georgia with a bachelor's degree in music performance. She is a member of the Fayette Board of Realtors, where she belongs to the Million Dollar Club for annual high sales performance, as well as the Georgia and National Associations of Realtors. In addition, she is an eCertified Realtor, a designation offered exclusively to Prudential sales associates for extensive knowledge on computer and Internet technology. DeWeese joins more than 24,000 real estate professionals in North America who have earned the ABR designation.ÊThe requirements for this coveted designation include a comprehensive three-day course in buyer representation, a written examination on legal and practical aspects of client representation, and practical experience in the field of buyer representation.
