F. Pat and Linda Pearce of Peachtree City announce the engagement of their daughter, Heather Elizabeth Pearce of Tuscaloosa, Ala., to Chad Everett Lochridge of Moundville, Ala., son of Everett Lochridge (Twyla) of Forkland, Ala., and Joyce Matherson (Danny) of Moundville, Ala.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of the late Frank and Margaret Pearce of Peachtree City and the late John and Frances Miller of Birmingham, Ala. A 1997 graduate of McIntosh High School, she attended the University of Alabama where she received a degree in public relations. She was a member of Alpha Delta Pi sorority. She is employed by PSF Services in Tuscaloosa.
The prospective groom is the grandson of Raymond Fields (Annie Ruth) of Moundville, Ala., the late Ruth Smithson Fields of Moundville, and the late Norma Newell and Maurice Terry Walker of Tuscaloosa, Ala. He attended Hale County High School and is employed by Slabco, Inc., in Tuscaloosa.
The wedding will be Dec. 31, 2004, at Northport Baptist Church.
The couple will reside in Moundville, Ala.
