Bob Adams Homes employees attend senior housing class

Marty Smith and Cindy Christie, Realtors at Lora’s Place in Newnan, and Melissa Warren, promotional marketing director for Bob Adams Homes, attended a sales and marketing class for the Mature Homebuyer in November. The class, taught by Tracy Lux, president of Trace Marketing, Inc. in Sarasota, Fla., specializes in the “mature market” and provides training programs designed to make selling to the mature homebuyer interesting and especially rewarding. The 50+ market is a thriving one that has a different focus and Bob Adams Homes has become know for their attention to this group of homebuyer.
