Brooks UMC to present musical
December 19

Brooks United Methodist Church will present “The Wonder of Christmas,” a musical production featuring a full symphony orchestra and handbell choir, Sunday, Dec. 19 at 7:30 p.m.

“This year’s work is comprised of all traditional carols and anthems in new and exciting orchestrations,” a spokesperson said. “There also are excerpts from famous masterworks, including Handel’s ‘Messiah’ and Tchaikovsky’s ‘Sheherazade.’ As has been the tradition in the past, we will be offering this musical presentation to our congregation and community as our gift to you.”

Parking and seating are both limited and those planning to attend are encouraged to arrive early. A nursery will be provided.

Brooks United Methodist is off Ga. Hwy. 85 south on the corner of Ga. 85 Connector and Morgan Mill Road.
