DisAbility Fair setDistrict 7 Commissioner William Bill Edwards will host the Fulton County DisAbility Awareness Fair Saturday to showcase whats available to help youth with disabilities get off the sidelines and into the game of life. Parents can network and visit displays of more than 40 invited disability-oriented product and service agencies at the fair, which will be held 11 a.m.-2 p.m. at the South Fulton Service Center, 5600 Stonewall Tell Road, College Park. Organizations can learn how to adapt programs to accommodate children with special needs, who often do not participate due to limitations of a disability. Santa Claus, Batman and Spiderman will drop by the winter wonderland-themed décor. There will be games, holiday giveaways and refreshments. The fair is also sponsored by the Fulton County Human Services Departments Office of Children and Youth and Disability Affairs; the Fulton County Department of Mental Health, Developmental Disabilities and Addictive Diseases; and the South Metro Parent Action Coalition.
