A story in Wednesday’s edition of The CItizen about the approval of the architectural plans for the Peachtree City Target store incorrectly identified the homeowner’s association that was involved in a related lawsuit over the development.

It was the Lake Kedron Community Association which joined the suit between developer Faison Corporation and Peachtree City. All three parties ultimately reached an settlement but the matter could go back to court if the city fails to approve all development plans for the store.

It is the policy of The Citizen to correct errors of fact upon notification.
