Ashcraft named new agent for Pinehurst at Heron Bay
Diane Ashcraft is the new on-site agent in Pinehurst, Brayson Homes neighborhood in Minerva Properties resort-styled master planned community which spans the Henry and Spalding County line.
Ashcraft has been with Brayson Homes since July of 2004, first serving as the agent at Clearwater Pointe in McDonough. Prior to entering real estate, she was in property management for 18 years, including time as a regional manager over 4,000 apartment units in Atlanta. She is a resident of Norcross.
Pinehurst, which is in Henry County, will ultimately have a total of 129 homes with prices from the $160,000s to the $180,000s. All but nine of the 55 homes in Phase I have been sold, and construction on Phase II is expected to begin in January 2005.
Brayson Homes is offering a number of different floor plans in the neighborhood, including some of its signature ranch designs as well as new two-story designs. Bonus rooms are available in the ranch homes (per plan), and several basement homesites are available.
