• Stacey V. Cook is now a sales associate with the Conyers/Rockdale County office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty. Cook, who entered real estate with Bullard’s McDonough/Henry County office one and one-half years ago, is a resident of McDonough. She received her training through the Barney Fletcher School of Real Estate, and her educational background includes studies in loans and mortgage lending.
• Connie Cushnie has joined Prudential Georgia Realty's New Homes Division. A Peachtree City resident for the last eight years, she handles on-site sales for Morningside, a new community in Senoia.ÊHer real estate experience began when she had a six-year assignment for the U.S. government as a housing specialist stationed on an Army base in Germany. She helped American officers and their families assimilate to the base and the culture. Once stateside again, she sold new homes for Jan Trammel and later Gateway Realty in Peachtree City. Professionally, she is a member of the Fayette Board of Realtors where she is a member of the Million Dollar Club for annual high sales production. Her first assignment for Prudential's New Homes Division is Morningside.
• Lori Griffin recently joined the Bob Adams Realty team after earning her Georgia Real Estate license earlier this year. Lori completed her training at the Gaddy School in Peachtree City, and is currently working at Georgetown in McDonough. A native Georgian, she has had 11 years experience in banking and was a flight attendant for Delta. She and her husband Clay reside in Coweta County.
• Sandy Heckman comes to Bob Adams Realty with experience as a buyer’s agent. Having acquired her Georgia Real Estate License a year ago, she studied with the Gaddy School in Peachtree City for her pre-license courses. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors and The Metro South Association of Realtors, and has lived in the Fayette-Coweta area for 11 years. A member of Heritage Christian Church, she is working at Eagle’s Nest in Eagle’s Landing Country Club and resides in Senoia with her family.
• Sally McEntire has joined Parks & Mottola Realtors’ growing staff of real estate sales professionals. She will work at the company’s main office in the Calumet Business Park. She graduated from the University of Georgia with a degree in business. Later she worked in commercial real estate, experience that serves her well in her new position. She took her pre-license courses at Georgia MLS in Atlanta & earned her Georgia license in October 2004. Shortly thereafter she earned her Alabama State license. Currently she is licensed in both Georgia and Alabama. Active in the local community, she has been a member of the Newnan Junior Service League, the Newnan Country Club Board, and the new Coweta County Courthouse Complex committee. She is also a member of the Newnan-Coweta Board of Realtors. Originally from Atlanta, she resides in Newnan where she has lived for 19 years with husband Dennis and their two children.
• Melissa Messer, a Peachtree City native, has joined Donna O'Kelly Realtors, Inc.ÊA summa cum laude graduate of the University of Georgia with a degree in risk management and insurance, she has a diversified background in technology and consulting. Her husband, Brian Messer, is a mortgage banker with Wieland Financial Services.
• Kenya Robinson is a new agent with the Conyers/Rockdale County office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty. Robinson, who completed the MLS Institute pre-licensing course, has spent 14 years as owner of an underground utility company. She is a member of the Georgia Utility Contractors Association and is licensed as a State Competent Person and Utility foreman. A Lithonia resident, she is a member of New Birth Church.
• Cathy M. Sims is a new sales associate with the McDonough/Henry County office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty. Sims, who received her real estate training through the Georgia MLS Institute, attended Shorter College. A former project manager for Lucent Technologies, she is co-owner of Spence Art Gallery in Stockbridge. She is a board member for Chapel Hill Estates, and she is a member of New Birth Baptist Church, Henry County Chamber of Commerce, and Fairview Business Association. Sims and her husband Ray are Henry County residents, and they have two daughters and three grandsons.
• Deloris Washington is now a member of the Century 21 Scarbrough Properties team. She joins the company from the windy city of
Chicago and specialized there in property management. She intends on working the South Metro area and is a member of the Fayette County Board of Realtors. She and her husband reside in Fulton County.
• Elaine White is back with Bob Adams Realty after having originally worked with the Bob Adams Team in St. Andrews Place and Eagle’s Nest. She received her education from the Georgia MLS Training Institute, and attained her Georgia Real Estate License in 1999. Elaine is currently working with the sales team at Emory Springs in Fayetteville. She has 6 years experience in real estate and is a member of the Fayette Board of Realtors. She and her husband Charlie reside in Peachtree City.
