• Fayette County Holiday Helpers - Helping familes in need around Fayette County this holiday season. They are collecting toys at Peachtree City and Fayette County fire stations and are accepting financial contributions. Phone 770-716-0580.

• Toys for Tots - This program is sponsored by the United States Marine Corps Reserve. Local drop sites are Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty, Georgia Highway 54 West, Fayetteville; Fayette County High School, Hi-Fi Buys, 105 Promenade Parkway, Fayetteville; Keller Williams Realty Professionals, 1200 Commerce Drive, Peachtree City; Peachtree City Fire and Rescue, 105 North Peachtree parkway, Peachtree City; Shannon Mall in Union City and The Little Gym, 2733 Hwy. 54 West, Peachtree City. • The Kidspeace Angel Tree - up at both the Peachtree City and Fayetteville Ruby Tuesdays’ is a way for diners to donate to children in therapeutic foster care who are overcoming crisis.

• The Georgia Department of Natural Resources, Wildlife Resources -Division will accept field dressed deer from 9 a.m.-8 p.m. on Nov. 27-28 at a numer of locations across Georgia. Newnan will be one of the locations. Hunters interested in donating will be able to drop off deer at the Georgia Highway 34 bypass, north of Newnan, east of intersection with Ga. Hwy 16.
