Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Hilton Langley Jr. of Jonesboro announce the engagement and upcoming marriage of their daughter, Kristin Michelle Langley, to William Robert Thompson, son of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Earl Thompson of Fayetteville. The future bride is the granddaughter of Mrs. Louise B. Webb and the late Pat Columbus Webb, and the late Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Hilton Langley Sr. She is a 1998 graduate of Lovejoy High School. She attended Clayton College and State University and currently is pursuing an early childhood education degree at Georgia State University. The future groom is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Stanley Zimney and the late Mr. and Mrs. Robert Thompson Sr. He is a 1999 graduate of Fayette County High School and a 2001 graduate of Clayton College and State University with a degree in aviation maintenance technology. He is currently employed at Lockheed Martin as a structural assembler of the F/A22.
The wedding will be Dec. 18, 2004, at Flat Creek Baptist Church in Fayetteville, with the reception following at Poplar Grove in Sharpsburg.
The couple will reside in Paulding County.

Frank and Berit Fortunato of Peachtree City announce the engagement and upcoming marriage of their daughter, Kristine Johanna Fortunato, to Matthew Richard Loughman, son of Richard and Lee Anne Loughman of Peachtree City.
The bride-to-be is a 1999 graduate of Sandy Creek High School. She received her bachelor of arts in journalism from the University of Georgia in 2003 and is currently employed as a sales assistant at the Citizen Newspaper.
The groom-elect is a 1998 graduate of McIntosh High School. He received his bachelor of business administration in risk management and insurance fromthe University of Georgia in 2002 and is currently employed as account executive at St. Paul Travelers in Richardson, Texas.
The ceremony and reception for family and friends will be held May 21, 2005. Following the wedding, the couple will reside in Plano, Texas.
