The Kidspeace Angel Tree, up at both the Peachtree City and Fayetteville Ruby Tuesdays is a way for diners to donate to children in therapeutic foster care who are overcoming crisis.
The Georgia Department of Natural Resources, Wildlife Resources Division will accept field dressed deer from 9 a.m.-8 p.m. on Nov. 27-28 at a numer of locations across Georgia. Newnan will be one of the locations. Hunters interested in donating will be able to drop off deer at the Georgia Highway 34 bypass, north of Newnan, east of intersection with Ga. Hwy 16.
