Flag football league starts up next week

Teen flag football is coming to Peachtree City. You heard it right, teen flag football.

Beginning Thursday, Dec. 2, at 4 p.m., a flag football league for teens will begin for guys and girls ages 13-18. Registration is free.

The Glenloch Recreation Building will be open from 4-7 p.m. Tuesdays through Thursdays. Interested players can pick up a form at the center beginning this week. Practice sessions will start Dec. 2 and teams will be evenly selected based on age and ability.

All the games will be on Thursday afternoons between 4 and 5:30. If you are interested in playing, you must register on or before Dec. 2, and you must be present at 4 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 2, for team selection.
