Bullard listed in Whos WhoSteve C. Bullard, owner and president of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty, was included in the Whos Who in Residential Real Estate, published in the Aug. 27-Sept. 2 edition of the Atlanta Business Chronicle. This is the third year that he has appeared in the listing. The publication explained that the listing is the publications complete guide to the leading professionals in metro Atlantas residential real estate industry. Bullard, a resident of the Jonesboro area, has been in real estate for more than 30 years and has a background in sales, management and general real estate brokerage with an emphasis on the residential section, including property management and acquisitions. Past president of the Metro South Association of Realtors, he is presently serving as a director with the Georgia Metro Listing Service. In the Atlanta Business Chronicle article, Bullard is quoted as saying he is most proud of the growth of his company in the last 20 years. Im proud to have able to be involved in Bullard Realty growing from two to eight offices, and that has allowed us to assist a lot more customers, he explained. The oldest and largest real estate company headquartered in the Metro South area of Atlanta, Coldwell Banker Bullard has its headquarters in Jonesboro. The company now has other offices in Griffin, McDonough, Jackson, Peachtree City, and Newnan, plus its new branch office in Conyers and the separate but affiliated Coldwell Banker American Land Mart in Conyers. The Bullard organization, founded in 1956 by the late Cliff Bullard, worked out a franchise agreement with Coldwell Banker Real Estate Corporation a few years ago. |
