Corbin tapped for SummerGroveBrandie Corbin, a Coweta County real estate sales veteran, has been tapped to spearhead custom home sales at SummerGrove, Coweta Countys best-selling community. Brandie has a track record for success, said Peggy Sullivan, vice president of marketing for Pathway Communities, the developer of SummerGrove. Her knowledge of the Coweta market combined with her new home marketing experience is a perfect fit for SummerGrove. According to Pathway Communities, the average sales price of a custom home at SummerGrove is nearly $320,000, with the most expensive custom home being in the $700,000 range. SummerGrove has almost sold out of its first custom neighborhood, The Overlook, and sales have begun in Fairgreen, where lake and golf course homes are priced from the low $300s to over $700,000. What sets SummerGroves custom homes apart? Its in the details, said Corbin. The custom homebuilding team of Chadwick Homes, Mike Kruse Contractors and Wedgewood Custom Homes has a whatever-it-takes attitude toward building the custom home of their clients dreams. While Corbin believes SummerGroves custom homes are among the best in the area, she is quick to point out that custom home buyers are purchasing more than a great home, they are purchasing the SummerGrove lifestyle. Amenities include over five miles of walking trails and pedestrian paths, a 100-acre lake, a tennis complex, a competition-size swimming pool, and an 18-hole public golf course. The SummerGrove water park features a lazy river ride, water sprays, and a large water mushroom. Brayson Homes has chosen Corbin and Jason Shelnutt of The Home Source Realtors as the companys exclusive marketing agents for its product in the SummerGrove neighborhood of Eastlake. With seven homes sold or under contract in the Braysons first week at SummerGrove, Brayson Homes broker Larry Kendall has dubbed the Brayson sales team the Dynamic Duo. What they have done in their first week at SummerGrove is outstanding, Kendall said. We have been extremely pleased with their results and their particular attention to customer care. According to Corbin and Shelnutt, Brayson Homes offers a quality product approachable to many homebuyers. Homebuyers are finding nothing compares to the Brayson product at SummerGrove anywhere in the area, said Corbin. Shelnutt concurred. Nowhere else in Atlanta can you get a home priced from the high $120s with the incomparable amenity package SummerGrove has to offer. SummerGrove is located at the intersection of Lower Fayetteville Road and Shenandoah Blvd. in Newnan. The Information Center is open daily 11 a.m.-6 p.m. and Sunday 1 p.m.-6 p.m. For more information, call 770-252-9000, or visit www.summergrove.com. |
