Corbin tapped for SummerGrove

Brandie Corbin, a Coweta County real estate sales veteran, has been tapped to spearhead custom home sales at SummerGrove, Coweta County’s best-selling community.

“Brandie has a track record for success,” said Peggy Sullivan, vice president of marketing for Pathway Communities, the developer of SummerGrove. “Her knowledge of the Coweta market combined with her new home marketing experience is a perfect fit for SummerGrove.”

According to Pathway Communities, the average sales price of a custom home at SummerGrove is nearly $320,000, with the most expensive custom home being in the $700,000 range. SummerGrove has almost sold out of its first custom neighborhood, The Overlook, and sales have begun in Fairgreen, where lake and golf course homes are priced from the low $300s to over $700,000.
