Fayette women enjoy tea and cookies

Tea, cookies and conversation highlight a festive affair at the second annual Fayette Woman Tea and Cookie Exchange Nov. 13 at the Fayette County Library. Author Ronda Rich, who writes a syndicated column in "The Citizen," was the main speaker.
