Turkey Trot is Nov. 13

On November 13th, Spring Hill Elementary will host its first "turkey trot," a combo 5k/1mile fun run. The fun run starts at 8:30 am at Spring Hill, and the 5k will begin at 9 a.m. Race registration can be obtained at the school or on line at www.fcboe.org/schoolhp/she/home.htm .

Registration forms can be dropped off at Spring Hill or mailed to Spring Hill Elementary, Turkey Trot,100 Bradford Square, Fayetteville, GA 30215.

Race day registration is from 7am until 7:45a.m. Late registration fees are $15 for the 1 mile fun run and $20 for the 5k. First 300 applicants will receive an event t-shirt, and all present applicants will be eligible for door prizes. First and second place male and female runners in each age group receive event awards. Overall male and female winners will receive event
award plus free turkey.
