Zoe Beavers has joined Parks & Mottola, Inc. and will work out of the company’s Newnan office. She earned her Georgia Real Estate license earlier this year after completing her pre-license training at the Gaddy School in Peachtree City.
A lifelong resident of Coweta County, she brings her experience working for both an appraiser and a developer to her job as a real estate agent. She is a member of the Newnan-Coweta Board of Realtors and is the sister of veteran Parks & Mottola agent Hugh Farmer. Zoe, husband Randy and their two sons live on a farm on the Newnan/Grantville line.
Jennifer Brecher has joined Parks & Mottola, Inc. and will work out of the company’s Newnan office. She received her pre-licensing education through the Georgia MLS Training Institute.
Originally from Houston, Tex., she has been in the Newnan area for five years. Her parents were actively involved in commercial real estate investments. Her interest in a career as a realtor grew from there. Co-managing her family’s specialty construction supply company also provided experience that serves her in her real estate career.
During her college years, she attended Landmark College in Putney, Vermont, and studied abroad at Huron University in London. She graduated from Oglethorpe University with a degree in business administration and behavioral science.
She is engaged to Philip Beegle, III, also of Newnan. She is an equestrian enthusiast and a member of the Newnan-Coweta Board of Realtors.
Kimberly A. Bunton is a new agent with the Newnan/Coweta County office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty.
Bunton, who lived in South Carolina for the past 20 years and also attended college there, is a resident of Coweta County. She is married to Johnny Bunton Jr., and they have three children: Jennifer Weed, 16; Brian Weed, 14; and Kayla Bunton, 14.
The Buntons are members of Bethlehem Baptist Church. They are also members of the PTA at Smokey Road Middle School and Newnan High School, where their children attend school.
Susan Carlson has joined The Home Source Realtors General Brokerage office in Peachtree City. She is a native of New Jersey and attended Ramapo College. A Peachtree City resident since 1995, she has experience in customer service and education. She is married to Russell and has a son, Gavin. They attend Holy Trinity Catholic Church.
Paula Carter has joined Parks & Mottola, Inc. and will work out of the company’s Newnan office. She moved from Florida to Georgia to marry her husband, Greg, and together they live in Newnan with their children: Jordan, Kyle, and Ryan.
She studied her pre-license courses at the Gaddy School in Peachtree City and has previous experience in new home interior design. She also has experience in new home construction and is a member of the Newnan-Coweta Board of Realtors.
Tarji Dunn is a new sales associate with the McDonough/Henry County office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty.
A native of Gary, Ind., Dunn graduated from Indiana University/Bloomington and received her real estate training through the MLS Training Institute.
She has eight years of sales and marketing experience as a former art decor business owner, Equifax credit reporting analyst, and State Farm property insurance expert. She also served as marketing director for two Coldwell Banker franchise locations that included over 150 Realtors, eight associate brokers, and more than 15 top million dollar producers.
In real estate, she specializes in finding first-time homebuyers, subdivision development, new construction, and resale, vacation and relocation homes in various styles and price levels, including luxury and custom homes.
Married with two children, she lives in the Stockbridge area of Henry County. She is a member of the Metro South Association of Realtors. A community activist, she has served as chairperson, founder and a board member of the Magnolias at Eagle’s Landing advisory board and a member of the Eagle’s Landing Association board of directors.

A Clayton County resident, he received his real estate training through the Georgia MLS online course, and he has a B.A. degree in criminal justice/science from Georgia Military College.
Hogan, who has served in the U. S. Navy and is still in the U. S. Navy Reserve, was formerly a corrections officer with the Georgia Department of Corrections, and he currently works as a mail processor for the U. S. Postal Service.
A member of the Atlanta Track Club, he has participates in several 10K and half marathon races for charity. He is first aid and CPR certified, and he serves as a safety captain at his U.S. Postal Service job.
