Hilpine builders to host architect and radio show at open house

Hilpine will complete High Garden in Lake Redwine

Mike Daughtry, President of Hilpine Builders, Inc., recently announced plans for an Open House celebration in the High Garden neighborhood of Lake Redwine Plantation in Newnan.

“We’re excited about the opportunity to build new homes and complete this unique neighborhood in Lake Redwine,” Daughtry commented.

High Garden homes feature historically inspired architecture set in a quaint neighborhood reminiscent of a bygone era. The neighborhood also enjoys two professionally designed garden areas. The Open House celebration is open to the general public and realtors and will be held Wednesday, Nov. 17, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Festivities include a barbeque lunch, cash drawings (for eligible, participating real estate agents), and a visit by Richard Seagraves of Frank Betz & Associates, the architect whose home plans will be used to build the new homes in High Garden. Cash drawings are sponsored by Newnan Coweta Bank and Bank of Georgia. One lucky attendee will win a drawing for a color TV, compliments of Bank of Georgia. Daughtry also plans that day to tape a segment for the Homebuilders Radio Show, heard on Saturday mornings on AM 720, The Voice. Daughtry serves on the Board of Directors of the Midwest Georgia Homebuilder’s Association.
