The three-day convention was attended by hundreds of the most forward thinking brokers and owners from across the United States and Canada. National real estate trainer David Knox spoke about pricing homes correctly and Scott Gross, author of the book “Positively Outrageous Service,” spoke about customer service.
Lyle Math and Mary Pomin, co founders of the Assist 2 Sell franchise, spoke to all the brokers about the latest marketing technology and expanded on strong customer service.
