Fulton Vice Chair Boxill Receives Honorary Argosy Doctorate

Boxill, who holds a Ph.D. degree in Child Psychology, sparked efforts in 2000 that made sexual exploitation of children in Georgia a felony. Currently Dr. Boxill is a full-time graduate faculty member of the Union Institute and a psychological and program evaluation services consultant to groups and individuals.

The honorary degree was awarded Friday, October 29 during the university’s commencement ceremonies at the Cobb Galleria Centre. Vice Chair Boxill represents District 6
