New music ministry invites participation

Those who have wished to be in a gospel choir now have the opportunity to participate in a new music ministry. The historic Flat Rock A.M.E. Church of Fayetteville wants to serve as a launching platform for a Fayette County Community Gospel choir. Anyone between the ages of 12 and 25 who loves to sing, regardless of denomination, race, or gender is invited to respond to this call.

“We also invite all musicians,” said Flat Rock pastor, the Rev. Edward Johnson, “who wish to be a part of what promises to be an exciting diverse community ministry to call us.”
