Job fair and workshop set for 4th

Job-seekers can attend helpful workshops before or after chatting with more than 65 major employers at the Fulton County 7th Annual Job Fair November 4, 2004.

Free sessions entitled “Interviewing Techniques,” “Networking,” “Resume Writing” and “Job Search” will be available to the 2,500 persons expected at the fair, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Georgia World Congress Center.

The Job Fair and the workshops are sponsored by the Fulton Human Services Department’s Office of Workforce Development.

Recruiters from private and public employers such as Staples, IBM, United Parcel Service, MCI, MARTA, the Georgia Department of Labor, and the Fulton County Personnel Department will accept applications and résumés, and conduct interviews.

Job Fair registration will be on a first-come, first-served basis. Business attire is suggested.
