Southside Baptist Church plans gospel singing Saturday, Sunday

Two gospel groups will be featured at this weekend’s free gospel singing at Southside Baptist Church.

Saturday night’s event will begin at 6 p.m. and will feature Mike Fleming’s “Brush Fire” blue grass group. Free desserts and finger foods will be served after the Saturday night performance.

“Sounds of Victory” featuring Danny Howell and Ruth Martin will be headlined Sunday night beginning at 6 p.m. An all southern gospel program is planned.

Southside Baptist is at 1332 Ga. Hwy. 92 South, two miles south of the Fayette County Courthouse.
