A Spiritual Perspective On WarJudgment House, a walk-through dramatic presention by Corinth Baptist Church of Jonesboro, is scheduled for Oct. 25-28. Billing the event a spiritual perspective on war, the production depicts characters moving from childhood army games through high school to adulthood, where they actually go to a battlefield in a remote corner of the world. Three of them never make it back home. Instead, they are taken to the judgment seat of Christ where their eternal sentence is handed down. Then, based upon their decision to receive or reject Christ, some go to hell and some go to heaven. Those who attend Judgement House will feel as if they are participating in what is going on around them, according to a statment released by the church. It is an exciting, accurate and penetrating portrayal of a real experience we will all pass through some day. There is a $2 suggested donation for all who attend. For additional information, reservations and directions, call 770-461-4456 between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Corinth Baptist Church is located at 398 Corinth Road in Jonesboro.
