ObituariesMary Marcele Connole Hyde Mary Marciele Connole Hyde, 80, Peachtree City, died Oct. 6, 2004. She was born Dec. 14, 1923 in Newark, Ohio. She was preceded in death by her husband, Lyle H. Hyde, whom she married April 20, 1945. He died Sept. 13, 2004. They had lived in Robbinsville, N. C., Smyrna, Ga., Marietta, Ga., and Canton, Ga. Memorial services will be Friday, Oct. 22nd at the Carmichael-Hemperley chapel, with the Rev. Tim Batchelor officiating. Survivors include a son, Lyle H. and Marianne Hyde Jr., Chicago, Ill; a daughter, Lynn and Steve Harris, Fayetteville; grandsons, Jason and Mendal Hyde, Chris and Secret Harris, and Matt and Melanie Harris; a granddaughter, Jennifer Hyde Dracos; six great-grandchildren; and one brother. Carmichael-Hemperley Funeral Home, Peachtree City, was in charge. Dorothy Jeffery Glass Dorothy Jeffery Glass, 77, Fayetteville, died Oct. 9, 2004. She was born April 10, 1927 in Atlanta, Ga. She was a member of Liberty Baptist Church. Services were at the Liberty Baptist Church with the Rev. Randy Wood, the Rev. Clarence Ensley, and the Rev. Alan Parker officiating. Survivors include her husband, L. C. He was born Feb. 25, 1923 in Geneva County, Ala. He was a member of the Mount Hermon Masonic Lodge #304 F&AM, the York Rite, and the Al Sihah Shrine Temple. Graveside services were at the Parkhill Cemetery, Columbus, with the Rev. Roy Roberson officiating.
