Panthers and Lady Chiefs take county titles

The Starr’s Mill’s boys and McIntosh’s girls cross country teams captured county championship titles at the County Championships at Sandy Creek on Tuesday. Starr’s Mill’s boys (19) were followed by McIntosh (66), Fayette County (74), Sandy Creek (106), Our Lady of Mercy (116) and Whitewater (190). McIntosh’s girls (27) were followed by Starr’s Mill (37), Fayette County (83), Sandy Creek (107), Our Lady of Mercy (133) and Whitewater (NS).
