Wedding Announcements

Hamilton-Slaughter

Mr. and Mrs. Daniel G. Hamilton of Newnan announce the marriage of their daughter, Breanna Jean, to James Daniel Slaughter, Jr., son of Mr. James Daniel Slaughter, Sr. and Mrs. Dianne Brown. The wedding was held March 20 at the First United Methodist Church of Newnan. A dinner reception was held at the Newnan Country Club following the ceremony.

The bride is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Jesse Rogers and the late Mrs. Elizabeth Philipp. A 1997 graduate of Fayette County High School, she received a bachelor of science degree from Georgia State University.

The groom is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. H.T. Collis, Mrs. Estelle Slaughter, and the late Mr. Frank Slaughter. He is a 1997 graduate of Nathaniel Green High School and is a deputy sheriff with the Fayette County Sheriff’s Department.

The couple spent their honeymoon on a caribbean cruise and now reside in Senoia.
