Bad Links? | Its fair time in CowetaBy JOHN THOMPSON Hundreds are expected this weekend to head to one of Coweta Countys harbinger of fall, the Kiwanis Coweta County Fair. The fair is located at the countys fairgrounds complex on Pine Road and features a traditional country fair with rides, exhibits and livestock. The fair runs through Saturday and is open from 5 p.m.-midnight tonight and tomorrow night. Admission is $5 to the fair, with children under 6 admitted free. Residents can also hear live music each night starting at 7:30 p.m. The Kiwanis Club also has a special price for fans of the rides on the midway. From 1-4 p.m. tomorrow, you can purchase a ride bracelet for $15 and ride as many rides as you can stomach. |
