Morning events start with Sunday school at 10 a.m., followed by worship at 11 a.m. A meal will be served following the service. Afternoon events will feature singing by the Line Creek choir and a sermon by former pastor the Rev. Franklin Treadwell. A baptism will conclude the service. Line Creek is presently on Ga. Hwy. 54 near Wal-Mart, opposite the entrance to Planterra Ridge in Peachtree City. A new church is being constructed on Bob Smith Road near Sharpsburg in Coweta County. Bethanys revival starts SundayBethany United Methodist Church will have a revival Sunday, Sept. 26 through Wednesday, Sept. 29, featuring the Rev. Gerry Davis. Services begin at 7 p.m. each evening. A covered dish dinner is planned for Wednesday at 6 p.m., preceding the revival. The community is invited to attend. Bethany is on the corner of Lees Lake Road and Rivers Road in north Fayette County. Sams group plans trip to Dunaway GardensThe Sams group for seniors at Fayetteville Christian Church will travel to Newnan for a visit to Dunaway Gardens Thursday, Sept. 30.
