Bad Links? | Fayette students named among honored freshmenClayton College & State University has welcomed four Fayette County students among the 25 entering freshmen into the Universitys highly selective Honors Program this fall. The fall 2004 freshman Honors students include Shannon Donohoe, a graduate of Fayette County High; Kelly Loren, a graduate of Starrs Mill High; Daniel Nebergall of Tyrone, who attended private school; and Terald Pope, Jr., a graduate of Fayette County High. Students in the Clayton State Honors Program must receive the Honors Scholarship and maintain a 3.0 GPA. In addition to special courses designed to challenge these gifted students, annual conventions and community service events give Honors Program participants a well-rounded educational experience. |
