Lazers capture third striaght pre-season tournament title

The U15 Lazers Green girls, led by Coach Gerald Ashby, won the Atlanta Cup over Labor Day weekend.This is the third preseason tournament that the girls have won (three back-to-back tournaments). The girls lost their first two Atlanta Cup games 2-1 and came back to win the remaining three games with shutouts.

Alex Petersson scored on her own corner kick to led the Lazers to an 1-0 Atlanta Cup victory.The Lazers Green defense has only allowed four goals in the last 13 games. The girls are looking forward to a great season.
